My Grey Wish List

As I’ve lamented before, I’m a big fan of the in-between seasons, Fall and Spring. Fall is a fun time to experiment with darker colors.

In the last 5+ years, we’ve seen a boom in bright colors, making designers like Kate Spade more popular than ever. As a former drama student, I tend to gravitate towards the all-black fashions that make me look like a beatnik.

My rebellion against the disgusting Chicago summer continues.

July is not my favorite month

As a Chicago girl…I am not a fan of summer. I know it’s sacrilege for those who long for 85 degree steamy, beach days, but I tend to be a Spring and Fall girl, myself. Neither of these seasons are remotely long in Chicago, but some of these delightful July treats make summer a bit more fun! (Please click on links for photo source)
